Welcome to the SHS Wellness Blog. Just wanted to get this started quickly, and post a few favorite inspirational videos. They are all advertisements, and I don’t tend to support the products necessarily. However, Nike has produced some excellent commercial spots over the last few years, but there are some decent messages. I’ll give each freshman Wellness student an extra 5 points at the end of the trimester (currently a student can earn 48 points each trimester), after you have posted appropriate comments for 3 of your favorite videos posted here. What is your favorite commercial/video selection? Why is it your favorite? What is the message they are trying to get across to the viewer (other than the commercial aspect)?
